This method of business has always been able to provide customers with as much certainty as possible. Accepting payment upfront for a delivery on a tentative date is common practice. Unlike most businesses or retailers, we will be as transparent as possible.
Shipping is done by USPS flat rate boxes and UPS. Other options may need to be used depending on quantities.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returns are only authorized for defective brass. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for proper return instructions. Defective brass will be inspected by the leadership of Bertram Brass USA to determine if a return is warranted. Weight and certain dimensions vary. If a bag of brass has an 8 grain spread, that can be considered normal.
A few customers in 2019 returned brass under the previous ownership because of varying weight. That brass was then loaded and shot well under .5 MOA. Manufacturing from company to company varies. If brass is truly defective, we will return your money. All returns are subject to final approval from Bertram Brass USA leadership.
Active First Responder and Veterans can receive a 10% discount. You must email us prior to purchase. A separate invoice will be email. All orders (usually OEMS) are provided discounts based on volume of specific items.
Orders maybe canceled for any reason. All canceled orders are subject to a 15% fee. Even if it is a pre-order, the time needed for our staff to refund the transaction and account for the brass in transit has costs. The Credit Card fees are not reversible. We are stuck with that fee regardless.
Pricing is subject to change anytime. This usually occurs in-between our quarterly shipments as our costs increase.
